Fundraising

Every year Zest helps over 700 people from 11 years of age and upwards in the Western area, through individual
counselling, support for family and friends and complementary therapies. Each year the number of people experiencing despair, hopelessness, hurt and pain is growing. In these difficult financial times we struggle to provide the appropriate care for everyone so we are asking all those who may have been through our services before or anyone who may have a personal interest, reason or desire to raise money as a contribution to the cost of the work we carry out, to come along and discuss any ideas you may have or simply just to volunteer for any upcoming fundraising events.
